▪ Our whole edamame is commonly found steamed or boiled and served with a touch of salt. They are well-loved for their firm texture, slightly sweet and nutty flavor. They can also be served with chili flakes as party and bar snacks. They are often served warm or chilled and are commonly offered in fusion restaurants and in plant forward meals. Japanese cuisine applications are in bento boxes and Asian inspired charcuterie boards.
